We realize that this is your night to shine, and our friendly office staff will assist you in planning the event of a lifetime. Specializing in customer service, a McGee Entertainment staff member is available from 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday to service your planning needs (weekend and evening appointments are available with advanced notice). You’ll have access to a free online reception planner and free face to face planning meetings with one of our staff members. Your reception will be customized to match your personality and style. Once the reception details are finalized, McGee Entertainment will work closely with all your other wedding vendors to insure a stress free and seamless event. Reduced prices apply for all non-Saturday wedding receptions. We offer three (3) different wedding packages to custom fit the style, budget and vision you have for your wedding reception. The packages are as follows:
Silver Wedding Package
Your investment in McGee Entertainment & Events, Inc. includes the following:
• Professionally trained Disc Jockey/Master of Ceremonies
• Professional Sound System, including wireless microphone
• Four (4) hours of continuous programmed music
• Free online reception planner
• Free pre-event planning meetings and reception coordination
• Professional Disc Jockey will handle all the announcements, introductions and reception formalities
Gold Wedding Package
You’ll receive everything mentioned in the Silver Wedding Package plus:
• An upgraded State of the Art Digital DJ System and a Superior Sound Bose® Speaker System! This package is for the Bride & Groom looking for something a bit different from the average reception. The sound quality and sleek design of the Bose® system makes this the ultimate sound system for classy, elegant and fun receptions
• An additional hour of service is included
Platinum Wedding Package
You’ll receive everything mentioned in the Silver and Gold Package plus:
• A Professional Disc Jockey and a professionally trained Master of Ceremonies for your special day! That’s right, two (2) professional entertainers to enhance the entertainment experience at your reception. While the DJ is entertaining your guest with music, the Master of Ceremonies will act as the event host, on your behalf, to insure the success of your reception. Your Master of Ceremonies will interact with you guests and make them feel personally welcomed and appreciated by creating opportunities for them to connect with you and each other. In addition, the Master of Ceremonies will take care of all the details behind the scenes to insure a smooth, stress-free and entertaining reception.
Back up equipment, formal attire and professional standards of conduct (no smoking breaks, drinking of alcoholic beverages, use of cellular phones, etc.) is included with all packages. As an added bonus, your entertainer(s) will be set up and ready to perform thirty (30) minutes before the contracted start time.
At your request, McGee Entertainment can provide a separate small system set up for your cocktail hour or ceremony. Lighting packages are also available upon request.
